ELECTRIC MOTOR AND BELT DRIVE

COMPRESSOR MOTOR
The heart of this machine is a robust cast iron parallel twin-cylinder compressor with aluminium pistons. An integrated aluminium after-cooler, assisted by the integrated fan in the drive pulley, ensures less moisture and contamination in your air hose. The cooler output air temperature also contributes to the compressor's overall efficiency and performance. The unit also features a pump speed of 920 rpm and a duty cycle of 0.75, ensuring consistent and reliable performance. The pump has an outstanding air displacement of 280L/Min (9.9 CFM), giving it powerful air delivery for demanding applications.
AIR OUTPUT AND MONITORING
The Unimac ACM-700c features air output settings and monitoring. Designed for precision and control the dual gauges allow monitoring of tank, line and pnuemostat pressure, while dual outlets offer the convenience of using two tools simultaneously. The max working pressure is 116PSI (8 bar) with a restart pressure of 86PSI (6 bar), providing a reliable operating range. The free air delivery of 200L/Min at 7 bar maintains consistent performance under pressure, ensuring a steady and reliable air supply for your pneumatic tools.
TANK CONSTRUCTION
The 70L steel tank provided extended run times. Its durable tank construction is built to withstand rigorous use, and the welded cast steel cylinder chamber has welded outlet and inlet ports and a welded moisture bleed port with an easy-to-use quarter-turn valve.

Convenience and safety are the hallmarks of the Unimac ACM-700c. Its portable design includes a removable handle and rubber tyres, making it easy to transport and manoeuvre around your workspace. Rubber feet absorb vibration and prevent hopping action. Operating at a quiet 68 dBa (Lpa), this compressor is ideal for indoor use, producing less noise and a more comfortable working environment. It also features an emergency shut-down plunger switch and an electric motor control with an overload protection circuit breaker.
