5 Meat Cutters Diameter (approx.): 54mm/2.12inch; 2 Grinding Blades Size(approx.): 48mm/1.89inch, Central Hole: 7mm/0.28inch.
The Coarse grinding plate is ideal for and cooked meat, vegetables and cheeses. Medium plate grinds meats, hard cheeses or dried breads for meatball, bread crumbs.
The Fine grinding plate is ideal for raw or slow-cooked meats and breadcrumbs work as professional food/meat grinder.
