These anti-impurity cartridges are installed on a hot or cold water main and are ideal for filtering out solids or fine organic particles. To install this cartridge, you can equip yourself with a single filter holder or a double transparent filter holder with a 1 " or 3/4 " brass insert compatible with the standard size 9 "3/4 or 10 " available in our store. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: These wound filtration cartridges must be replaced at least once a year. We recommend using these cartridges for water filtration or pre-filtration upstream of an activated carbon filter cartridge or ultrafiltration cartridge (membrane). It is also advisable to place a cartridge with a lower filtration threshold downstream of it (e.g. 1 micron) to properly complete the purification of your water and eliminate all remaining traces of organic matter in the water._MGF
