ASMOKE 100% Natural Oak Wood BBQ Pellets (2.27kg) - High Heat Hardwood for Brisket & Pizza Ovens

100% Pure Oak Hardwood: No fillers or flavoured oils. Just premium, high-density oak for a clean, consistent burn.

High BTU Output: Burns hotter than fruit woods, making it ideal for Searing Steaks and Pellet Grill.

The "Gold Standard" for Beef: Creates a robust, earthy smoke profile that stands up to big cuts like Brisket and Lamb.

Fresh-Lock 2.27kg Pack: Factory-sealed 5lb bag keeps pellets bone-dry, essential for high-heat performance in humid Aussie weather.

Universal Fit: 6mm diameter works in all Major Grills as well as Smoker Tubes.

The Master of "High Heat" "Low Slow"
While fruit woods are great for chicken, red meat demands something stronger. ASMOKE 100% Oak Wood Pellets deliver the robust, earthy smoke profile that is the "Gold Standard" for Texas-style Brisket and Roast Lamb. Because Oak is a denser hardwood, it burns hotter and longer, making it the versatile choice for both low-and-slow smoking and high-temp searing.

Pizza Oven Ready (High BTU)
Achieving the perfect wood-fired pizza crust requires intense heat. Unlike softer fruit woods that burn fast, ASMOKE Oak pellets provide the High BTU output needed to push your portable pellet pizza oven to maximum temperature.

• Hotter Burn: Maintains temperatures above 250C easily.
• Less Ash: Cleaner combustion means less cleanup in compact fire pots.

The "Fresh-Lock" Advantage (2.27kg)
Moisture is the enemy of pellet grills. A 20kg bag left open in an Australian garage will absorb humidity, swell, and turn to sawdust. The ASMOKE 2.27kg (5lb) Fresh-Pack is the solution:

• Camping Friendly: The perfect size for caravan trips or weekend camping.
• Always Potent: Open a fresh bag for every big cookout.
• Storage: Compact rectangular bags stack easily on pantry shelves.

Flavour Profile: Robust Earthy
Oak provides a medium-to-strong smoke that is heavier than Apple but not as overpowering as Mesquite.

• Best Pairings: Beef Brisket, Ribeye Steak, Lamb, Venison, and Sausages.
• Usage: Excellent as a "base wood" to mix with Cherry or Apple for a custom blend.
