OUR CUSTOMER REVIEWS
This Equipmed Electric 8 function Medical Bed is designed to provide advanced comfort and support for your loved ones, while easing the demands placed on carers. Ideal for home care, it offers premium features and reliable performance with simple, intuitive control.
A key feature is its automatic turning assist function, which gently turns the user from their back to either side and back. This can be done at preset intervals. This supports circulation, reduces the risk of pressure injuries, and aids repositioning, minimising physical exertion and stress on the carer. Carers can rely on this feature to maintain user comfort through the night, significantly reducing fatigue and physical strain.
The handset controller features large, clearly labelled buttons with indicator lights, making it easy to operate. It supports smooth elevation of the backrest and legrest, full-body flat positioning, and emergency reset controls.
Thoughtful features include a built-in commode, hair wash basin, integrated I.V. pole and over-bed table to enhance usability. A high-density, pressure equalising mattress prevents skin injury. A 200kg-rated steel and aluminium frame offers support and hygiene, while lockable, rubber castors ensure quiet safety.
With lateral tilting, customisable adjustment, and smart support features, this bed provides dependable, dignified care.
