Ensure the strip is in pairing mode by holding the power button until it flashes. Confirm your device is on a 2.4GHz Wi Fi network and Bluetooth is enabled. Move closer to the router if signal strength is weak.
Can I cut the LED strip to adjust the length?
Yes. The manual supports length adjustment along marked cut points. Only cut where indicated to ensure proper functionality.
