This meat tenderizer is 21.5 cm long and 5.7 cm wide. Made of stainless steel for durability and performance, it features a rust-resistant, food-safe non-stick coating. Clean the tenderizer in the dishwasher or rinse it thoroughly with water. We recommend cleaning it immediately after use to prevent the ground meat from sticking. This professional meat tenderizer is perfect for crushing ice for cocktails and can also be used for other dishes like crab, garlic, and hard candies, and for baking or grilling. Use the textured side for more tender, flavorful proteins, or use the smooth side to flatten steaks.
