How to Know If You Need This Thermocouple Repair Kit
If your pilot flame won't stay lit, a bad temperature sensor or tilt switch is likely the culprit.
If you are having problems with your propane heater refusing to light or the light going on and off, you should get this part that replaces both of these components and the tilt guard.
Keep
The thermocouple probe is very sensitive and can immediately sense temperature changes. If the heater tips over or the anti-tip guard is tilted in any direction, the mechanism will automatically shut off the heater and prevent gas leaks.
