Extension pipe for draining 1000-litre water tank. This accessory is specially designed for 1000-litre plastic tanks (also called IBC or GRV) used for collecting, storing and consuming rainwater. It attaches directly to the valve of your 1000 L tank in S60X6 format. You will not be able to screw other fittings onto the extension. Please note: the outlet is grooved and not threaded. You will not be able to screw other fittings onto the extension. My tank valve must be in S60X6 format S60X6 thread Also called artillery thread, the most common S60X6 thread in France. D1 = Outer diameter of the valve outlet (including threads): Between 58 and 61 mm P1 = Distance between threads: 6 mm Number of threads on the valve: Between 3 and 4. This item does not fit a cam valve (see opposite). The number of threads is insufficient on a cam valve and does not allow a watertight connection.
