3. Due to the nature of zinc steel, subtle surface variations may be visible under certain lighting, reflecting the material’s natural texture rather than defects. The electroplating is a protective and decorative coating applied via hydrolysis, designed to prevent corrosion while enhancing aesthetics. These minor blemishes do not affect the product’s durability or functionality. We will only provide replacement if the surface contain "Major Dent and Scratches" Please provide images for us to review.
4. Caution: This is a swivel gas-lift barstool, engineered for stable, static seating. It is not designed to withstand or accommodate a rocking motion. Using it in this manner is outside its intended function. It may cause damage or injury. To prevent injury, children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using this product
5. Do not use a wet cloth to clean chromed/gold-plated surfaces. Moisture acts as a catalyst for chemical reactions that break down the thin gold layer, leading to tarnishing, corrosion, and eventual exposure of the base metal. As gold plating is typically only a few microns thick, it is highly susceptible to damage from repeated moisture exposure. To clean, simply wipe with a soft, dry cotton or microfiber cloth to remove oils and dirt.
3. Manual measurement, please allow a small amount of error
