- The ceiling mount is safe and stable and suitable for hanging chairs, hammocks, yoga towels, sandbags, lamps, swings, canopies, punching bags, trainers, load capacity, etc. You can hang it on the ceiling and in your room, garden or other places. Product information: Material: SUS 304 Stainless steel. The ceiling mount can hold up to 450 kg. Swivel spring - Maximum load: 200 kg. However, the allowable payload for a 450 kg rating depends on the size and weight of the support to which the hook is attached. Please make sure the beam is the right size before installation. Package includes: 1 x Ceiling mount with 360 rotating hooks. 1 x Swivel spring. 2 x Carabiners. 2 x Screws for concrete application. 2 x Screws for wood.
