OUR CUSTOMER REVIEWS
Extensive Bowl Capacity
Our spiral mixer is equipped with an 8L / 7.3Qt capacity bowl, allowing you to mix up to 3 kg / 6.6 lbs dough at one time. In addition, all parts touching food, including bowl, hook, and rod, are made of food-grade stainless steel. These reliable components are rust-proof, corrosion-proof, and easy to clean.
Powerful Rotation System
Our electric dough mixer adopts a dual rotation design, largely improving the elasticity and toughness of doughs. With a 21 r/min bowl and a 159 r/min hook, this machine can simulate the manual kneading process and mix the dough more evenly. Meanwhile, the 450W power motor provides efficient mixing with low noise, gaining flour film in 10 minutes.
Mixing Control Panel
It is effortless for you to control the mixing process with simple buttons and knobs. The on/off switch with a waterproof cover is convenient for operation. The timer knob allows you to set up mixing time within 60 minutes according to different food demands. The reset button can solve accidental breakdown problems. Besides, the indicator light clearly shows the power status.
User-Friendly Design
There are thoughtful details for bringing you secure and reliable use. The practical secure shield is well-designed for keeping your hands from unexpected injury during mixing. Moreover, the machine will shut down automatically once the shield isn't tightly closed. The auxiliary rod can promote adequate mixing for rapidly forming doughs. The bottom feet are nonslip, ensuring the stability of the dough mixer during work.
Versatile Use
Our dough kneading machine is widely applied in restaurants, hotels, bread housing, and food manufacturers as kneading the dough and mix of food processing machinery. It is suitable for mixing cream, egg fluid, fillings, and other dough operations.
